Tonya Madery, FAADOM

Practice Manager at Honor Dental

Tonya is a passionate dental leader with 18 years of experience in dental practice management. After managing multi-location dental practices, she transitioned four years ago to leading a single-doctor practice in Rochester, Minnesota. This experience has given her a unique understanding of the opportunities and challenges dental professionals face in practices of all sizes.

A dedicated member of the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM) for more than 10 years, Tonya has earned her FAADOM designation and is pursuing her MAADOM in 2026. Her passion for helping dental managers and dental professionals connect, grow, and succeed inspired her to establish the Rochester Dental Connection—an AADOM-endorsed Dental Professional Learning Network. As Founder and President, she is committed to creating a strong local community rooted in education, collaboration, encouragement, and meaningful professional relationships.

Outside of dentistry, Tonya enjoys spending time with her husband, Brandon, and stepdaughter, Emily, gathering with friends, relaxing at the family cabin, gardening, walking and hiking!
