Caitlin Castillo

Caitlin knew from an early age that she wanted to build a career in dentistry. She graduated from Rochester Community and Technical College in 2013 with Associate Degrees in both Administrative Assisting and Dental Assisting. While she originally envisioned a long-term career chairside, dental administration came naturally to her, and she soon found herself combining both sides of her education and experience.

Throughout her career, Caitlin has been passionate about building strong relationships with coworkers, referring offices, and—most importantly—patients. Today, she draws on both her clinical and administrative experience in a role she genuinely loves. She is committed to continued learning and helping her practice grow and evolve, while creating the best possible experience for patients and the dental team.

Her experiences in dental administration were a driving force behind helping create Rochester Dental Connection. Caitlin understands the challenges that come with leading the administrative side of a dental practice and believes there is tremendous value in bringing local dental leaders together to share knowledge, collaborate, support one another, and inspire growth. She is excited to help build a local community where dental professionals can learn from one another and strengthen their teams and practices together.

Outside of dentistry, Caitlin loves spending time with her husband, their two daughters, family, and friends. Depending on the season, you can find her golfing or swimming, hunting in the fall, embracing Minnesota winters (yes, really!), or tackling one of several house projects. When she manages to slow down, she’s most likely in her perennial garden, planning her next curb appeal project, or relaxing by the fire.
